Dreaming of adding a cistern to my urban farm.  Got a really high water bill considering all my conservation.  Anyone done it?

breakfast almost all from the yard: brown rice (seasoned with dashi/kombu), garlic, arugula, over easy eggs.  So good I forgot sriracha!
