It's been a long process for the last couple of months, but I finally got my house painted.  This project started in June with pulling off the old vinyl siding, and ends today with freshly painted and fixed cedar shingles.  Along the way I added a few new window and found a set of barn doors under the siding.  Even a small house can have happy surprises.

Edit:  I took a fresh photo on my way out this morning.  The old color used to fade into the sky when it was cloudy like this.  Now it "pops"  yay!
