Ever since the great snow-pocolypse of '08 I've been really interested in local UW Professor, Cliff Mass's Blog.  This guy makes weather so cool.  He explains weather maps and upcoming things to look out for.  I'm trying to learn radar so I can find myself a little weather window to ride to work in the morning without getting soaked.  Though I did just get a bright yellow rain slicker for the season.
